All American Ironworks & Ornamental Metals LLC provides professional metal fabrication and installation services, including but not limited to:
- Metal stairs, guardrails, handrails, and railings
- Fencing and ornamental metalwork
- Architectural and structural metal fabrication
Each project will be governed by a written proposal or contract that outlines specific deliverables, timelines, and costs.
3. Estimates and Proposals
- All quotes or proposals are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
- Any change in project scope, materials, or design specifications may result in additional costs or timeline adjustments.
- Acceptance of a proposal constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be defined in the project contract.
- In general, a deposit may be required prior to commencement of work, with progress and final payments due as specified.
- Late payments may incur a finance charge or suspension of work until payment is received.
5. Materials and Fabrication
- We source and fabricate materials according to the project specifications and applicable industry codes and standards.
- Substitutions or design changes must be approved in writing by both parties.
- Any client-supplied materials must meet quality and compliance standards; otherwise, the Company reserves the right to refuse installation.
6. Installation and Site Conditions
- The Client must provide safe and timely access to the job site for installation activities.
- Delays caused by site inaccessibility, other contractors, or unsafe conditions may result in schedule and cost adjustments.
- All work is performed in compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and contract requirements.
7. Warranty and Quality Assurance
- All workmanship is guaranteed against defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion, unless otherwise stated in the contract.
- This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, alteration, normal wear and tear, or environmental conditions beyond our control.
- Material warranties, if applicable, are provided per the manufacturer’s terms.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total contract price of the project in question.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a contract in writing if the other party fails to meet its contractual obligations. In such cases, the Client shall pay for all work completed and materials procured up to the date of termination.
11. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, shop drawings, and fabrication documents created by the Company remain its intellectual property until full payment is received and the project is complete.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State in which the project is performed, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will apply to new contracts or proposals issued after the date of change.
